1。我现在住在TORONTO附近，那一个BORDER比较近去签TN签证。
2。听别人说，如果你回答OFFICE 你今天不离境，OFFICER 可能要求你下次离境时再来签证，是否有这种情况。
3。本人有所有的TN资料，但是也不清楚是否会被拒绝，所以希望拿到签证后再退房，办理其他手续，所以请各位大师指点改如何处理。
4。现在我与美国公司的付款关系是CORP TO CORP，我自己在TORONTO 有公司，美国公司将直接付钱到我公司帐户，有些人告诉我，这种情况不需要TN，请问是否属实

You do not need the TN visa if you work is very temporary for example install your software for your client and you just stayed there for 1~3 months.However if you plan to stay longer you need a TN. You also should be aware of the tax consequences. If you work on a contract your client may require you give them the SSN or company ID for safe play. When they report the tax to IRS you must file the tax return.

加拿大公民, 公司是建在美国好，还是建在加拿大好, 恐怕非专业会计师很难回答出来吧? 还得是两边税法都熟悉的人.

TN need an employment letter issued by a US employer. In your case, if Corp. to Corp. do you, as an individual, qualify for a TN?
