I checked the website. The appointment is ONLY for non-immigration visa, such as B1/2! Do I need to make an appointment for H1 in Toronto Consulate?

Hi, Redhill. Thank you. I was told by the waiver review division that I only can file my H1 petition after receiving the recommendation letter from them (that is the next step after sponsor's review).
