I just received an offer from a top IT com in Seattle (permanent, Software Design Engineer), the base 75k, bonus 5k, sign in bonus 5k, + some 10k free stock (after working 2 yrs), is it reasonableI saw ppl posting 50-100.h, which is crazy price. M$ also gave me 4 interviews this year including Win Secuirty/VS .NET performance/LongHorn Cellphone System, but the interview were far from fair :=) (maybe because I screw them up)

I got my M.S, in C.S in 2000, but working on Win32 since 1997, before that play DOS. a 10 yr C++ guy but not old :=)Symantec Canada gave the offer(all in CN$) of 73k, 5k bonus, 3k help on Pension, 5k tuition fee (if u go to school). I am not lying :=) some ppl with 9 years may be 3 yrs experience 3 timesmy first Win95 program was made in 1997 (^o^ so late, er) but before 2001, I read ALL MS Press book talking Win32 System on GUI, Driver, COM, and so on. Yes, all book from MS Press related to system, I read. Thanks to 资本主义I could buy books ($50-70 each) when I was in school. :=)

They give you a free house for a few weeks(including bowl, fork, bed, sheet...) before u find a place to live. All moving is covered.And Damn!! the insurance fee is totally around $60/month, while dental.vision care.blabla covered! do not understand why the insurance fee so cheap??!!! everybody says it cost hundreds of $ /month
