i think most ppl won't get it, my friend took the test last friday, the officer told him that the system is down, that's why there is no online update, all ceremony waiting time is roughly 4 months.

另一个贴上有11.16日St. Clair考试在12.8日就收到宣誓通知的. St.Clair好象效率比Scarbough的快得多. 据我了解今年七月前的几乎都是差不多一个月就收到宣誓通知.
