Sure you can，你的信中有联系方式和时间要求。 但真的劝你去，因为延期，见法官等，都是很麻烦的事。最坏的后果是重新申请。

谢谢你的答复。考试我就要求延期了，倒是很顺利，只发了一份传真就搞定。这次还想这样做，不知有宣誓延期不用见法官的例子吗？

我老公是延期宣誓的。当时写了一封信，说明为什么不能按时去宣誓，在告知什么时间可以返回加拿大，然后FAX给CIC的LOCAL OFFICE。

CIC Scarborough office fax no. 416-973-5123, please give clear indication of the reason why you wanna delay and when you are going to take the oath. And the office will decide if you can or not. Good luck.

他们不回复FAX，我们也没再问，后来在我们提到的AVAILABLE的时间里安排了宣誓。你如果不放心，可以给CIC打电话。
