when i passed by Chicago that day, i noticed that it is about 2.4 sth per gallon, it is neither so high or so low, but when i passed Minneapolis, it is just 2.21, so sad, i just fill the tank.

If you were talking about I-90 in Chicago area, there is one toll booth that would charge you a dollar. But most of others charge 80 cents.
