One question about how to do itThanks a lot you provide this information. As you said, I need visit my RRSP issuer, is that right? My situation is, my bank agent already transfer my RRSP into my bank account, When I filled the T1036 form, do I need to visit my bank agent again? Or I just need to fill all the info. T1036 form requested and send it to goverment. I will appreciate any help you give.
Not sure which one you are talking about. For OHOSP, definitely you can open it with Bank of Montreal at Sheppard Subway station

The best way is to ask your lawyer who help you close the deal. (My lawyer charges me extra $ to deal with OHOSP documentation)

One question needs help!I have one question about the OHOSP. I bought a house which is still under construction. When I signed the contract, I used the RRSP as my first payment or called deposit. My house suposes to be closed on Sept., but now, it is delayed to the end of Dec. Which is more then one year after I withdraw the RRSP.
Does this situation still qualify for the OHOP? Can I use the rest of RRSP space when the house is closed?
Thank you so much!
