I think you can. I think I told you before my friend only arrived for 6 months and got 14000 from OSAP. Just follow the instruction and apply ONLINE.

我也关心这个问题，请教：关于2 ：什么样的证明可以：房租单？工资单？电话单？银行帐号？这些还要去找找。如果无法找到呢？在ontario住了八个月回中国结婚5个月又回到安省住了4个月算理由把？曾经看到信息要连续在ontario住满一年。哪机构可以查询osap？是否必须先提供入学证明？想弄清居住条件是否符合即能否贷款再确定要不要去考college。谢先。

2. I think the definition of resident in Ontario in OSAP website is that you didn't live in other province. I think you are eligible for that. 3. A list states that you have bank savings and your daily costs.

I think 12 month residence is mandatory, but I could be wrong in some cases. If you guys can wait until tomorrow afternoon, I will ask OSAP staff.

I think it really depends on individual situation. In another word, depends only on your luck. But anyway, it is best we can get the official answer.
