gourman好像也就个ECE的吧，而且千万别真以为它说的加拿大所有学校能跟美国前50名学校平起平坐。

it is possible to get offer from UT. try to apply, I don't think many people will compete with you in applying this major. furthermore,I think that UT is the no.1 canadian university in this field, probably be in the top 10 in North America.
