for GPA system of most North American schools, 85-100 is A(4.0, or 90-100 is A+, still 4.0), 84 should be 3.7.

其实你完全不用进行换算，把百分制的成绩递上去就行了，加拿大的大学都知道中国是用百分制的。84分的成绩不低了。

84 should be A (4.0 on a 4.0 scale) in canadian schools. But most canadian schools understand the 100 scale nowadays. I suggest you do nothing yourself and let them do the evaluation.
