可以吧，不少大学允许高中生凭托福/雅思+会考成绩+高考成绩申请，比如UT: http://www.library.utoronto.ca/admissions/international.html

Why? I know many Chinese students studying at Seneca after high school. The only requirments seems to be a high school diploma or being an adult (I forgot the age limit).New students will be tested and assign to different english classes according to their score. http://www.senecac.on.ca

学语言没问题，我很多朋友都是这么来的，但申请专业不行，中国的高中成绩安省教育部规定只承认24个学分，如果要安省高中毕业要30个学分，所以你要学6个高中课程才能毕业
