非常可行，加拿大最近修订移民法令，好象对留学生非常有利；但是这里有一个前提，就是你能顺利得到学生签证。祝好运。

The school should not care. Just tell them that you had not receive your landing paper when you applied the school. Don't worry. It's not a problem.

In fact, I am not sure of this,either. But It seems that the international student is more preferable by the school.In order to raise the probability of acceptance, I think my idea may work.
