Yes, if you have a valid US visa, you can enter U.S. from any other countries.

谢谢！顺便给打算去美领馆签证的朋友提个醒：千万别带任何带电的东西。我忘了包里的好译通，结果安检死活不让我进门。好在我急中生智：把它藏在了领馆外的一片草地里，2小时后出来找：还躺在草里！
