当然是Alberta. 安省学校学费都贵，生活费大概多伦多最高。

For tution fee, it is ok. But, living fee. Their standard is for local people.
for example, Mcgill said 1200 a month is basic fee. In fact, Chinese can shink it to 500 or I heard 400 is enough.
