we, the home owner, are the ones that sign the purchase agreement. JJ is just making a living, how much expectation you could have on them? Do the homework and sign the offer only when you make up your mind

then marcowang is right, 国人only thinks so called "利益最大化", but can't they think about that before signing the contract. You could have much better living in China, so proud of you!

so you then have to live with the situation when "卖主不愿意交房" if the price goes up. 3 Years ago, when the market was red hot, most of the builders still honored their price on the new houses they sold. Remember...The builder can easily dump the buyer if they want to re-sell the new house at higher price, and I do know a builder did that at Major Mac and Leslie when the buyers had been waiting for 1.5 year

你这个回帖并没解释你前面说的 "国人only thinks so called 利益最大化", 跑题了吧.

You don't have to be such narrow-minded, I am quite happy with my current house, I guess I won't be that lucky to have smart people like you to be the buyer. No one is stupid, you think you play the game very well, but you will get caught one day

No, I am not commenting on 经纪, neither 买家经纪 nor 卖家经纪. I am talking about the people who are involved in the sales transaction, any party should think twice before they sign the agreement and then honor it, otherwisethe rule of contract would be abused and we will all end up with no protection
