工作学习 / 求学深造 / 请问各位前辈：申请university时，即使有本科成绩，是否还必须提供高中成绩？高中成绩是否也需要中文原件和英文翻译（学校盖章）？

not really. you can tell them it was too long ago and the university transcript can fully prove your study ability.
