MENTAL HEALTH 很重要。大家都磨不开出去找大夫，论坛上匿名是有些人能想到的疏导途径。吐槽我个人鼓励，不能把人憋死。吐槽要保护 PRIVACY，可是不说的清楚些，问题体现不出来。体谅吧。还有个找 PROFESSIONAL 有费用的问题。
