She is not bad, We let her reviewed our contract. Only one thing is she insist on believing that we canot benfit from both 安省房屋储蓄计划 and waiver of property transfer tax as a first time new home buyer............She even published an assay in some website on this. However, some friend working in Bank told me that they donot borther each other and even gave me some prove. Some other friend also said they do get both benfit I am confused because she is a LAWER. Who should I trust. Somebody know the truth??
