Mortgage Questions for help, Just sign a contract, the house will be ready next November, Any suggestions on my morgage plan is appreciated.Today, I signed my house contract , the house will be ready next November. The question raises now: How should I arrange my mortgate? I really do not have idea. Should I inquire Serveral banks for rate and lock the rate beginning from next November or just wait to apply mortgate before the house closing day. Which one is better, I am worrying the uncertainty of the morgate rate. Any suggestions is highly appreciated.

供你参考：据我所知，在一般银行的BRANCH所能拿到的pre-approval mortgage commitment最多只能HOLD住120天，由于你的房子要到明年11月才CLOSE，所以你最好想办法找到能HOLD住时间较长的方案。发展商的SALES OFFICE一般都有和他们挂钩的mortgate specialist，通常提供能HOLD住12个月甚至18个月的CAP RATE，当然这个RATE不是目前市场上最好的RATE，但可以给你提供一份COMMITMENT：在新房CLOSE前2到3个月你可以再次SEARCH整个市场，如果有比这个CAP RATE更低的RATE，就采用那时的更低的RATE。
