Why are you jealous? Your concern should be as a landlord, whether you should check the tenants's leagal ID. As whether the tenant has avalid auto insurance is not your responsibility. .If you doubt the reliability of your tenant, it's your call to terminate the renting contract.

Because I don't what to say if somebody ask me about it. She got 3 letters from goverment this week. one is from Transport Canada, one is from Environment department, and one is from Canada Customs and Revenue Agency.I know I could lie and say I know nothing, but would it hurt me?
